Happy Friday all! We’re still riding the wave of all of the goodness over at the Rising Tide Society… We always like to keep Friday’s a little bit personal, and we thought it would be a fitting time to do some Friday Introductions to meet all of our new followers!
We love what Rising Tide is all about, and it’s so awesome to be surrounded by so many AMAZINGLY creative and encouraging people! Seriously… our minds are blown by all of the creativity that we see out there.
First up, Alison!
I’m Alison, the proud wife of my 6th grade crush and high school sweetheart Mike, who happens to be the other half of my wedding photography business. We’ve shot over 80 Alison Mish Weddings together and love that we get to connect with and love on our amp couples throughout their entire wedding experience! I am a new mama to Emily Mae Mish, our 4 month old who melts our hearts everyday with her smile and sassy personality! I am obsessed with our pup Miss Elly Mish and the way she loves on and snuggles with our daughter! Some fun facts…I average about 4 Dunkin Donuts iced coffees a week and have no shame! I went to the University of Pittsburgh for dental hygiene, but transitioned into full time photography over 2 years ago! My husband and I are trying to visit all the MLB stadiums (#mishmlbstadiumtour). Ice cream is its own food group in our book. We just sold our house and are currently living with my parents until our new home is built. One of our favorite parts of the week is hanging out with our church Life Group and growing deeper in the Word with them!
Meaghan… (a crazy hair, mascara only, chasing kids, real life selfie)
I’m Meaghan…. A travel wedding and lifestyle photographer over at Meaghan Elliott Photography. I’ve got an amazing man that I’m married to (Josh). We’re going on 9 years this October. I’ve got two incredible little kiddos. Asher is my little dude. He’s part monkey and Ainsley my daughter loves anything pink and/or glittery. A few tidbits…
1. My selfie above is me right now. I made my hat.., see my logo? And it matches my shirt perfectly that I got in the Target (one of my favorite places to shop!) kids section for $8. Boom.
2. I ❤️ Kauai It’s our favorite place and I can’t wait until we go back next year! Counting down the days!!! I’d love to shoot a wedding while I’m there so…. Spread the word.
3. I really want to shoot a clothing line for fun. Specifically kids beach/summer wear. I have a huge vision for it and think it would be an awesome creative project.
4. It’s on my goal list to do a wedding or lifestyle session in all 50 states.
5. I’m obsessed with underwater photography… But Pittsburgh doesn’t offer very many avenues to explore it. I don’t really want to go swimming in the rivers here… I’m more into pools and the ocean.

Steph…real life selfie here too!! This is pretty much how you’ll find me 90% of the time so I figured I’d run with it!! Love my Michelle’s Ray of Hope shirt!! It’s a foundation that helps to provide support, hope, and healing to children in need. It was started in memory of a high school friend that was taken from us way too soon.
So here we go, I’m Steph…….really Stephanie but honestly NOBODY calls me that, so I’m just Steph! 
I’m fortunate to work for my best friend, the pretty lady above!!! That’s right, I’m the studio manager at Meaghan Elliott Photography!!! I’m married to the perfect man for me, Kevin!! He makes my heart happy and I love doing life with him!! Buffalo Wild Wings is “our” place and might just be where you’ll find us celebrating our five year anniversary next month!! I’m blessed to be a momma to one year olds, Shaelynn and Declan!! It’s amazing how they’ve filled our hearts with so much joy in just one year! Some random snippets about me…
1. I’m a momma of multiples! In case you didn’t catch it above, that’s right, Shaelynn and Declan are twins!! I’m beyond thankful to be called for this and couldn’t imagine life any other way!
2. I’m a cake popper!!! Well not officially but they’re super fun to make and I love testing out new creations! Coolest ones I’ve made, ice cream sundaes! Funniest, boobies for breast cancer awareness! 
3. I LOVE, love the beach…..I think this one speaks for itself!
4. I have an incurable sweet tooth and have no shame in it!! A piece of dark chocolate nightly (with my glass of red wine ) makes me smile! I just might be enjoying it as I type this?!
5. Like Alison, we just sold our house and are moving to PITTSBURGH!!!!!!! We are beyond excited for this new chapter in our lives!!! So many great opportunities for our family here!
